How to start

  1. Sign up — your own tenant and credits account are provisioned automatically, with trial credits included.
  2. Copy your access key in the self-service console and put it into your app or workX client.
  3. Call the gateway with that key (OpenAI-compatible, POST /v1/chat/completions); credits are deducted by usage.
  4. When credits run low, order a pack and pay by bank transfer as instructed; credits land and service resumes once ops confirms receipt.

Purchase & usage rules

  • Prepaid credits: buy a pack first, then spend. Balance and usage are self-service in the console.
  • Online payment is not live yet: after ordering, pay by bank transfer as instructed; credits are credited once our ops team confirms receipt (not instant).
  • When credits run out, calls return HTTP 402 with top-up guidance; service resumes automatically after the top-up is credited.

FAQ

How much trial credit do I get?
Sign-up includes trial credits — enough for integration testing and evaluation. Running out never creates debt; requests simply ask you to top up.
How are credits deducted?
Live from your credit balance, by model and usage. After signing in, the console shows your balance, usage, and ledger.
Can prices change?
Packs and billing terms may track upstream model vendors. Existing customers are notified before any change; purchased credits remain usable.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Cangyun issues a VAT invoice after a credit-pack purchase — contact sales for details.
